At Hitt Trucking, all items are made to order through our print-on-demand process. Because each order is custom produced, please allow additional time for production before shipment.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed after payment is received.
• Production time may take up to 14 business days.
• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

• Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the selected shipping method at checkout.
• Shipping transit times vary depending on carrier and destination.

Order Updates

• Customers will receive tracking information once an order has shipped.
• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

Print-on-Demand Notice

• Because items are made specifically for each order, production times may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, or sales events.

Delays

• While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays outside of our control.
